    Maximum Price Sales
    Registered bidders competing in a transparent public arena will pay the highest sale price available in the market. A skillful auctioneer can entice buyers to bid above their own preset limit. Well promoted auction properties achieve superior results.

    Protected by a Reserve Price
    Your property cannot be sold at auction until the written reserve is reached. You need only provide it prior to the auction, by which time you will have received market feedback of buyer interest from us. We will offer our guidance, however the final decision will be yours.

    Marketing Costs are Contained
    Investing in a 4 to 6 week auction marketing campaign is far more economical than ongoing advertising with no end date.

    Less Days on Market
    Time is not your friend when selling. The longer a property has been on the market, the less buyers tend to offer. Properties sell quicker by auction, whether sold under the hammer, prior, or after the day.

    Sales Prior to Auction Day
    You can accept a prior offer and cancel the auction. Any uncommitted marketing funds will be refunded, with the exception of the auctioneers fee.

    We offer both onsite and in-rooms auctions, so the choice is yours. The gala auction event takes advantage of peak holiday periods, is supported by sponsors to extend the marketing reach and cross marketing opportunities, and eliminates concerns about weather influences.  The purpose built buying and selling environment creates an atmosphere conducive to decision making and spirited bidding.

Our sales people attend auction training every second week to refine their negotiating and auction skills, putting your property in the safest of hands.

    Once booked, your auction time will be locked in. Should your property be sold prior to the auction or it is withdrawn, the auctioneers' fee is not refundable because the auction time cannot be refilled. All uncommitted marketing monies will be reimbursed.
