Exhibiting infectious enthusiasm, a zest for life, and being a doting mother as well as a licensed real estate agent, Brisbane-born Clare brings a serious set of credentials to her profession.

She previously enjoyed a career with Harvey Norman including executive assistant at HQ, bought her first property in 2003, and following a move to Noosa Heads where her two sons were born, Clare turned a wholehearted passion for real estate into her own business. She created a brand by building rental portfolios in Mackay, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, consistently upskilling, whilst keeping up with regularity changes.

Her experience as a property and business owner, also understanding many of the transitions often associated with the sale of a property, such as downsizing and relocating, prompted Clare to make the successful switch to residential sales, and now being able to provide a very genuine and empathetic level of service to her clients.

Clare regards Tom Offermann as a mentor. She admires his work ethic and how he instils enormous energy and spirit into each member of the 20+ team who achieve amazing results that invariably exceed everyone’s expectations.

She is extremely calm, patient and approachable, and loves to nurture relationships, adapting to each personality and situation, likening it to a match-making scenario: “There is nothing greater than seeing the smile on the buyer’s face when they have found the ‘one’, that special ‘one’. Similarly exciting is handing over keys to a forever home.”

Clare is dedicated to work, however every now and then you will find her at the F45 Gym; on the soccer sideline cheering on her two boys who play for the Sunshine Coast Fire; chatting to her fine-feathered chicken friends on the family’s acreage property; or on her stand-up paddleboard plying the Noosa River waterways, especially around Makepeace Island.

Ultimately family comes first and with husband Patrick by her side in day-to-day life as well as real estate, their partnership is strong and enduring.
