Driven by passion, determination, and delivering the highest level of service and commitment to clients and customers, Patrick garnered significant business experience at the headquarters of the largest Australian-based, multi-national retailer, prior to becoming a successful computer/technology franchisee in several locations including locally.
Meanwhile he and wife Clare, both fully licensed real agents had established a residential property management company in Mackay, Brisbane and Noosa Heads where they became residents. Some years later with a much-respected reputation, Patrick found the move to Tom Offermann Real Estate irresistible.
“Whether it's watching the wildlife around our home at sunrise,” effuses Patrick, who grew up in Brisbane and holidayed here every year, “checking out cafes for breakfast or a coffee after an early morning run on the beach or the Noosa National Park, kayaking on the various waterways, or mountain bike riding, Noosa Heads and environs deliver in spades. The drive along the Noosa River foreshore to the office also makes me smile.”

He diligently fulfills the highest level of service and the optimal price of the property, with premium quality presentations and promotions, using the latest technical innovations, targeting the widest audience of buyers nationally and globally.
Patrick’s dream was always to retire here, however when he and Clare moved for the work opportunity in 2007, there was no turning back. He has been involved at board level with the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club, Noosaville Business Association as well as the Chamber of Commerce, while their sons Thomas and Joshua have been regulars with the Noosa Lions Football Club and Noosa Nippers, and more recently the Sunshine Coast Fire Football Club.
For Patrick, the real estate world is his oyster: understanding the needs of busy professionals, investors and happy-home hunters, and working with them to smoothly maximise the value of their most precious asset.
