There is only ONE Noosa, and it is ONE of Australia’s true property hotspots!


Property in excess of $240m transacted by the team in the last three months, is indicative of market strength and undeniable resilience. At the prestige end the momentum continues. Maravilla in Sunrise Beach, an exceptional beachfront residence and the Sunshine Coast’s highest sale of 2025, has now settled, with the price confirmed at $27m. In the past month alone, we have negotiated two sales each exceeding $10m in Sunshine Beach, as well as a another on Noosa Sound set to establish a new Queensland record.


Importantly, Noosa’s appeal is not limited to the upper echelon. The market remains active and accessible across a broad price spectrum, with numerous sales around the $1m mark, also under. A recent example is a two-bedroom apartment with garden terrace in conveniently located Katharina Street, ideally positioned between Hastings Street and Noosa Junction, which sold under the hammer for a whisker over $1m.


Looking ahead, exciting opportunities continue to emerge. Amar, a boutique collection of whole-floor luxury residences designed by Chris Clout at Peregian Beach, is elevating beachside living to a new level. With prices starting from $4.8m and completion anticipated late 2026, early demand is a strong indicator of a sellout prior to completion.
