What a stellar result to close 2025, with more than $80m in sales transacted in the weeks leading up to Christmas; the New Year continuing with bountiful energy and optimism. Hitting the top notes was achieving the Sunshine Coast’s highest sale as well as Queensland’s second highest residential sale for 2025. A fitting finale especially for our clients.

That momentum has carried seamlessly into 2026 with an extraordinary line-up of properties scheduled for the months ahead, including some of the finest beachfront and riverside homes ever offered, along with exceptional architecture, private hideaways and truly world-class residences. The summer weather gods had big smiles blessing visitors from across Australia and around the globe with constant idyllic conditions. Many left with more than memories, some planning their return, whilst others imagine a more permanent connection to Noosa’s world-renowned lifestyle and natural beauty. Historically, these visitors become our next wave of buyers.

One of the hottest micro-markets in recent months - white hot really, has been Little Cove. With just 107 house sites and 35 apartment buildings, it remains one of the most tightly held and coveted enclaves, particularly favoured by our Victorian clients, in fact, in one complex of nine apartments, all owners hail from the state. Highest historical Little Cove sales, all achieved by the team, have been $19m and $16.9m for houses, and $16.1m for an apartment.

On a sweltering afternoon at our final auction of 2025, more than 50 paddles were raised, culminating in a spirited bidding war and the sale of a garden-level apartment in Little Cove Court for $6.76m. This was swiftly followed by a penthouse sale in nearby Kareeka at a higher undisclosed price, and in early January, it was settlement time for a $9m apartment sale at 40 Alderly Terrace, just metres from the National Park.

Two much-loved Little Cove homes also changed hands, 24 Kareela Avenue sold post-auction, while 4 Little Cove Road sold under the gavel for $7.5m. Still available, and offering exceptional value, is 15 Bayview Road, elevated with breathtaking sea views, priced at $10.5m.
