Erica Newton
When Erica bounces out of bed, so begins her daily ritual, a simple recipe of health, family, community and service, feeling totally inspired and ultimately peaked to achieve, complete and repeat.
Seattle USA-born and raised in a family of successful realtors, it’s not surprising, real estate has always been part of Erica’s DNA, a chosen career where she has found the glass ceiling can be shattered as the harder you work, the luckier you get – the more rewards you reap.
A Bachelor of Business and Marketing degree included a semester in Australia. Her love affair with the country began and continued with a permanent move in 2005. After 14 years in Sydney, selling real estate in a prestigious area on Sydney’s lower North Shore, and co-founding My First Gym, a successful international franchise with husband Dan, the natural beauty of the Noosa region was an irresistible magnet for the couple and their three children.
Erica still pinches herself, not only living in such a vibrant and wholesome place and selling real estate for Tom Offermann Real Estate, but importantly helping others realise their dream lifestyle or investment opportunity in the idyllic sub-tropics.
“One of the main reasons I chose Tom Offermann Real Estate,” says Erica, “is the collaborative approach which brings out the best in agents throughout the process, and of course the result. In an ever-changing market understanding the economy, technology including digital marketing, legislation changes, local regulations, holiday letting and more, also brainstorming and being creative, I firmly believe broadens our expertise and keeps us up to date.”
Erica is absolutely focused on building trust, based around her incomparable work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and importantly an authentic level of communication, by taking time to listen to clients, being proactive with specific needs and ensuring clients understand and enjoy every part of the journey.
Being her client’s Real Estate Advisor for Life, is Erica’s paramount objective. “It's not just a transaction but my prioritisation of building long term relationships and truly understanding the needs and preferences of each client. The joy and satisfaction of turning property transactions into reality, relationships into friendships, are my biggest windfalls.”
Community is also one of Erica’s core values. Look out for her diving into kids activities and volunteering at the school tuckshop, carnivals and sports days. She actively fundraises for Ovarian Cancer, is often at yoga and fitness classes, and maybe you’ll catch up with her at endurance training or racing with the Noosa Run Group. Yes, energetic Erica is unstoppable!
