We engaged Luke Chen (of Tom Offermann Real Estate) to sell our three-bedroom unit in Little Cove, Noosa Heads.
From our initial contact with Luke, we were impressed with his attention to detail and approach to planning the elements of a successful sales campaign. Luke is a good listener and at our first meeting he took plenty of time to find out everything he needed to know about the property and our reasons for considering a sale. He then presented us with a campaign plan that included a tentative time table, his approach to advertising copy, photography, advertising in local media, internet advertising, brochures, signs, as well as all the other elements of a sales campaign.
